Blog remodel...

I guess it's time to put this site under construction...as if it hasn't been a "work in progress" since inception! I need a new name for the blog because it's no longer just the girls and Daddy. Xander's here and 8 months old already! Maybe I should just wait until baby #3 arrives and see how the boy/girl ratios settle. Hmmmm...

On Saturday, March 22 we found a community Easter Egg Hunt. Maia was so "egg"cited!

Daddy showed her what to do and she caught on quickly! She put some eggs in her basket, put an egg in somebody else's basket, and then tried to take eggs from somebody else's basket!
She enjoyed opening the eggs to see what was inside.

What can I say?

I always have trouble deciding what to write on here. It would be nice to vent sometimes or blabber about my random thoughts - but who would want to read that?? And do I really want all that out on the WWW for the world to find out?! Some things are better left unsaid, I suppose. But I would like to say be wary of old men with small dogs. It's terrible and I used to be the last person to even think that other people were innately evil. I'm always getting onto my husband about assuming the worst, but sometimes I'm proven wrong. It's amazing that an older man (read 70's) would be out for easy money no matter who crossed his path. People like him are why the legal system and insurance industry so often seem corrupt. People, like him, learn the loop holes of the system and then play it for all it's worth - lying all the while! Unbelievable, but true, they get away with it! So hopefully that will all be behind us soon - it just irks me still!

Anyway, I have been reading "Eat, Pray, Love" and am really enjoying it. I think I'll write about it when I'm done.... Until next time, Ciao!

A New Year, a New Site

Hi there! It's 01/02/08 and cold outside - even here in the "tropics"! I got inspired by my old neighbor, Marti, to try this blog thing out. I mean she has a 2 year old and a newborn AND a job, and she still has time to post on her multiple blogs. I should be able to muster up something! This and Facebook are apparently the things to do. If I were working, I'd probably be way on top of this already.... sitting at a desk all day. Anyway, now for the pictures... here goes!
